Meet the Owners
David and Belinda Frederick are the owners of RizCole Outdoor Services and The Sprinkler Doctor. With the help of Michael and Bernadette Wyman, RizCole opened its doors in July 2009. In 2022, David and Belinda became sole owners of RizCole, and then acquired The Sprinkler Doctor.
We are a family-owned landscaping, irrigation and commercial snow and ice management company. We strive to do the best quality work possible for customers while always trying to do the right thing in situations that do not always turn out the way we had hoped. We are a Christian family trying to run our business with the same integrity that we try to live our lives. We average 12-15 employees throughout the season providing landscaping, mowing, mulching, pruning, fertilization, irrigation installs and maintenance as well as outdoor lighting and snow removal.
We are located in Noblesville, Indiana and currently provide services to Central Indiana.
